We didn't just want to fix doors. We wanted to fix the service experience itself.

Before Nimble, we saw an industry defined by friction: vague arrival times, messy carbon-copy invoices, and a constant need for follow-up calls. Property managers and homeowners were left in the dark, and good technicians were hampered by inefficient systems.

We founded Nimble in 1998 to be the answer. We built it on a foundation of operational excellence, using modern technology not as a gimmick, but as a tool to deliver on timeless values: respect for your time, clear communication, and a job done right the first time.
