Before Nimble, we saw an industry defined by friction: vague arrival times, messy carbon-copy invoices, and a constant need for follow-up calls. Property managers and homeowners were left in the dark, and good technicians were hampered by inefficient systems.
We founded Nimble in 1998 to be the answer. He saw an industry plagued by slow responses and messy paperwork, and built Nimble's systems-driven approach to fix it.
