Before Nimble, we saw an industry defined by friction: vague arrival times, messy carbon-copy invoices, and a constant need for follow-up calls. Property managers and homeowners were left in the dark, and good technicians were hampered by inefficient systems.
We founded Nimble in 1998 to be the answer. We built it on a foundation of operational excellence, using modern technology not as a gimmick, but as a tool to deliver on timeless values: respect for your time, clear communication, and a job done right the first time. With over 25 years in the industry, Jerry founded Nimble out of a core belief: property managers and homeowners deserve a service partner that respects their time. He saw an industry plagued by slow responses and messy paperwork, and built Nimble's systems-driven approach to fix it. Jerry is focused on creating a company where skilled technicians can build great careers, because he knows that’s the foundation for delivering consistently excellent service to every client.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two daughters. I enjoy painting and working out in my free time, which keeps me creative, focused, and energized.
