We didn't just want to fix doors. We wanted to fix the service experience itself.

Before Nimble, we saw an industry defined by friction: vague arrival times, messy carbon-copy invoices, and a constant need for follow-up calls. Property managers and homeowners were left in the dark, and good technicians were hampered by inefficient systems.

We founded Nimble in 1998 to be the answer. We built it on a foundation of operational excellence, using modern technology not as a gimmick, but as a tool to deliver on timeless values: respect for your time, clear communication, and a job done right the first time. It’s a simple formula that has guided us ever since.

Our standard service call starts with a flat-rate diagnostic fee which includes the site visit and a full inspection. Refer to the residential, commercial, and industrial pages for our pricing packages.
Absolutely, yes. Garage door springs are under extreme tension and can cause severe injury or death if handled improperly. This repair should only be performed by a trained professional with the correct tools.
We stand by our work. We offer a 7 day warranty on our workmanship. If you find a problem that we fixed that isn't really fixed, call us right away and we will be back free of charge to correct the situation.
For emergencies like a trapped car, we aim for a 1-2 hour response time. For standard service calls, we can often schedule you for the same or next day. We always provide a tight arrival window so you aren't left waiting.
Noise is usually caused by worn-out metal rollers, poor lubrication, or an unbalanced door. Our 'Silent Glide' package is the perfect solution, replacing old rollers with quiet nylon ones and performing a full tune-up.
Yes, we have technicians available 7 days a week for both standard and emergency service calls. There are no extra charges for weekend appointments during regular hours.
First, ensure the opener has power. Check that nothing is obstructing the safety sensors at the bottom of the door tracks. If you have a wall console, check if the 'lock' or 'vacation' mode is enabled. If those don't solve it, give us a call—it's likely a mechanical issue.
